Engagement with people using the service

We developed a thorough consultation framework to engage stakeholders - staff, residents, families, friends, and multidisciplinary personnel. The aim was to gather valuable feedback on our services and make enhancements based on insights received. Regular anonymous surveys were administered to gather staff opinions on workplace practices, communication effectiveness, and suggestions for improvements. Residents participated in discussions to share their experiences and suggest enhancements. They could also provide feedback anonymously via suggestion boxes. Family and friends were encouraged to take part in semi-annual surveys to provide feedback on care and service quality. Quarterly care reviews with residents and families ensure continuous feedback and improvement identification.

Engagement with people using the service

We established a comprehensive consultation framework to engage with various stakeholders associated with our service, including staff, residents, families and friends, and multidisciplinary personnel. The objective was to collect valuable feedback on the operation of our service and implement improvements based on their insights. Anonymous surveys were conducted to gather staff opinions on workplace practices, the effectiveness of communication, and suggestions for operational enhancements. Sessions were organized with residents to discuss their experiences with our service and seek their input on potential improvements. Residents were given the option to provide feedback through suggestion boxes placed in areas for those who preferred to remain anonymous. -In addition, we conduct quarterly reviews of care with residents and family members to ensure ongoing feedback and improvement opportunities are identified and addressed.
